Mike is a real estate broker who also has experience in new construction, renovation and real estate appraisal. He graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in American History. He was first licensed as a real estate broker in New Hampshire in 1981 and has been a licensed real estate broker in Maine since 2017.

Mike and his wife Grace moved from New Hampshire to Wells in 2014 to be on the Maine coast. After renovating a Cape in Wells, they next built a new ranch to transition to single level living.

Mike was a home builder for over 10 years. As a builder he was very involved in every stage of the process from purchasing the land to the marketing of the homes. He has also renovated a number of single and multi-family homes and developed a parcel of commercial land that was improved with a Dunkin Donuts and a 96 unit Super 8 hotel.
