About Me:

Greetings! I am a Maine buyer's and seller's agent that services the southern coastal real estate markets. I was born in NH but grew up in York, Maine. After graduating from the University of Montana I was employed as a Forester. I spent a lot of time working with landowners and I discovered that I really enjoyed helping people obtain their goals. I segued into full-time brokerage in 2002 and have found it to be the greatest decision (aside from marrying my wife) that I've ever made. When I'm not selling real estate you’ll probably find me fishing or boating on a pristine lake in the beautiful state of Maine.

Expertise:

I got into the real estate business when I was 28 years old. Due to my younger age I found myself working for a lot of people who were buying or selling for the first time. This meant that I had to be extremely knowledgeable about both processes so that I could sufficiently educate my less-informed clients. Today, I thoroughly enjoy working with first-time buyers and sellers of all property types but I also find it equally rewarding to help the more seasoned client realize and obtain their real estate dreams. My areas of expertise include new construction and existing home sales, Exclusive Buyer Representation and investment properties.
